New England Investigation Consulting Services offers our clients a unique combination extensive corporate management background, particularly within the area of employment, along with highly skilled investigation expertise.

NEICS offers our corporate and legal clients over 20 years of management background within some of the largest companies in the country and around the world. Our deep skills within Human Resources, Employment and Law include expertise in employability research/investigation, employment screening, management training in candidate selection and interviewing, pre-employment background checks, on-site security, fraud/theft/misconduct/violence prevention and detection, and more. Louis V. Gaglini, President
Lou Gaglini is the President of New England Investigation Consulting Services and specializes in Interviewer Training for corporate management clients and Determining Employability and Value in the Marketplace for attorneys and their clients. Lou has more than 15 years of experience in staffing, employment, and investigative projects with proven expertise in strategy, design and delivery of programs of all sizes. His career began at Northeastern University as an Assistant Professor & Coordinator of Cooperative Education, managing programs within the College of Business Administration. His corporate experience includes five years with the international professional services firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP, as the Director of Recruiting in the Boston office and in a subsequent two-year assignment as National Manager of Campus Recruiting in its Worldwide Headquarters. Lou has also served as a Senior Consultant and Human Resources Manager with Polaroid Corporation, redesigning and launching new recruiting programs and other talent acquisition initiatives. Most recently, Lou has consulted in career coaching and delivery of career advancement workshops with regional Career Management service firms. He and one of his executive job search candidates were chronicled in a Boston Globe “Job Diary” series featured in BostonWorks during the summer of 2003. Lou serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of hotU, Inc., based in Honolulu, the Advisory Team of Zip Celebrity, Inc. in Boston, and the Industrial Advisory Group of the Minority Engineering Program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association, chairing and serving on several committees addressing employment and staffing issues. He also conducts professional development training and speaks regularly on contemporary recruiting topics. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Masters in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
